Service Fees are Subject to Change Without Notice

• Free Initial Consultationby phone-not to exceed 15mins
• $150.00 flat rate for reviewing copies of initial Cumulative and Private Records, which also includes 2 hours of verbal consultation(phone or AAC LLC’s place of buisness.  Only mailed copies of records will be accepted along with payment. No appointments made until fee and records are rendered first. All records will be given back or destroyed within 2 weeks after initial consult unless become a client and signed Service Agreement and Fee Agreement.

• $80.00 per hour for Autism or Behavioral Consulting or Secondary Transition Consulting or IEP Consulting (per service per hour)(no prorating)         
• $50.00 per hour for Parent Advocacy Services in the following> Face to Face Consult, Telephone Consult, Skype, Meeting Attendance: Individual Education Program (IEP), Individual Service Plan (ISP), Wrap Around, Initial Assistive Team (IAT), Multi-factor Evaluation (MFE), Extended School Year (ESY), Evaluation Team Report (ETR) & Functional Behavioral Analysis (FBA) review etc. Per Meeting. Also, to review additional and or old material, documents, records, prep time and/or corrections also including in addition to consult, plus per hour travel time (both ways: to 0-60mins; from 0-60mins) * *  (no prorating)  for Parent Advocacy Services Only
• $10.00 minimumcharge per call/answer, read or write e-mail and texting (may not replace consult hour 10 minute max—then consult hour rates apply)
• $10.00 monthlyfee applies for record filing and storage (payments made in 6 months intervals at time of contract and/or renewal—reinstatement of said serves as contract renewal).
• .25 Cents per page copy of information/document(s) which includes any and all documents submitted by email, and/or faxed by client and or client’s providers as well as AAC LLC providing any paper documents on behalf of client that are black and white (color copies are .50 cents per page)

           Phone Conferencing is available at AAC LLC’s discretion; same meeting rate applies  

Payments: Payment is due  upon services rendered - May be subjected to $100.00 monthly retainer fee, unless specified and agreement made by both parties – continuum services-phone consults and record reviews, are billed in 2 week intervals where payment is expected within 14 days of said invoice, unless noted (refer back to Service Agreement).  An additional $40.00 charge added to all late payments late and for payments not paid as services are rendered. Cash or checks only.  Make checks payable to AAC LLC

Business Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm (Wednesday & Thursday until 8pm) by appointment only.

Can be available before/after hours and expedited services (clients that require services within 5 days or less)—higher rates will apply at time and ½  per hour, per service>>travel time is considered part of working/billable hours.  Weekends, Holidays & Consultation and /or Services hours after 8 pm available at a billable rate of double time for each service. Any services from 5-8pm weekdays (Wednesday & Thursday are exempt) billable @ time and ½ per service as well as 6am-8am Mon-Fri (any service before 6am is billable as double time per service). A 24 hour cancellation notice expected for all services, any service that required more than 2 hours (includes travel time), will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. Less than 24 hr cancellation notices are subjected to a $40.00 cancellation fee. 

* Held at place of business, however can consult or advocate at client’s convenience/choice whereas travel time will apply

* Excess of 10 minutes billed for full hour--- (1-10mins is $10.00)

* Any travel over 2 hrs— may consist of, but not limited to lodging and airfare.

 Note:  All service fees billed on the top of the hour.
